Thank you for posting this. I was looking at a new skirt and they were way more expensive. I can do this myself!!
Glad it was helpful!
Great idea!
Thanks!
how about just not cutting the pool noodle and just slide the spring in pool noodle middle hole?
Isn't the idea for the skirt to stop you falling through the gap between the springs ?
I thought the use of the skirt was to protect the attachments if the spring and the fabric of the trampoline? How is your doing? With the sun being spose to the sun.
what size pool noodle did you use? the come small and large
What size zip tie you use ?
I wouldn't call that repair , the reason for the skirt is to avoid limbs to be stuck between springs so you just made it look nice with covering the springs
I had the same idea but WARNING: these deteriorate quickly in the sun -- first the color bleaches out, then the Styrofoam disintegrates and leaves a mess of plastic "dust" and a pile of garbage to throw out. Landfill nightmare.
do not agree. Mine are still in place going on two years.
Does the noodle effect the bounce quality?
not at all
Guess we'll find out if it's acceptable since I already bought the noodles and have them half done already.
How many noddle did you use?
