One of the use cases for this, Would be if you plug in streaming devices, Like a FireTV Stick, Android TV, Or an AppleTV devices, And say you are subscribed to a streaming service like UA-cam TV or any other services that streams the cable TV channels online, And then you like watching lots of sports channels, You can set each device to a different channel, and use the multiview so that you can watch all four of those channels at once, This is specially good if you have two different teams you are a fan of, and both are playing at the same time, Then you can use this to watch your favorite teams playing on the screen in multiview.
The Goal: Split Screen Gaming. Questions - Say I had 2-4 game consoles. Do all of them pop up in 60fps? Does the audio, from all of the consoles, come out of the TV?
The single screen and quad screen seems to work well. I am not a fan of how they stretch the screen in the other modes such as dual screen, these are totally unusable in my opinion. If only the scaled to keep the original aspect ratio these would be great.
there seem to be an option in the menu at 7:52 where its says aspect : full. I wonder if you could change it to make it so it keeps the original asprect ratio @AJaytheCEO any ideas?
@@LocalEClown_MusicYes. I just got a 4x2 multiviewer from Amazon. It does let you keep the original aspect ratio or stretch it to fill the screen. Works well with a capture card to use as a switcher.
I have an earlier version that will take 4k coming in, but only has 1080p going out. I have presenter and program out from each of 2 computers going to a 32 in monitor as quad viewer, and the resolution is very poor for reading text. Have you tried that yet with this updated version?
I have the same issue with my non 4K version that I was hoping the 4K would resolve it. I could make it slightly better by increasing the scaling to 150% but that wrecks the application window sizes to make them almost unusable. Can you test a pc in quad mode and see if the text is blurry?
Did you ever get this working? If not you have to pick the source under audio that you want to pull from. Should say something along the lines of "win, 1, 2, 3, 4" picking 3 will pull audio from source 3 for example. I haven't been able to figure out an audio from all sources at the same time solution, but the above should at least get you going.

This one is excellent but I need 4::in and 4/8 0utput in 4k

Will this work on an ultrawide monitor with 3440x1440? I didnt notice it as an option when you were going through the resolutions.
