I want to sell limited inventory of pdf files and show the units left on the store page. Also does this plugin allow user registration before purchase to capture other user details?? Further, can the process of adding pdf files to the store be somehow automated by using Google sheets and a connecting API?
you can enable inventory option for the downloadable product that you want to sell. I am not sure if you can automate the process with google sheets. This same company does have automation tool called as Sure Triggers. you can see if you can automate using this tool.
I think, for that you can create membership website with content restrictions. If you want customers to download the video from server, then you can do it just like what I have shown in this video.
If you want to sell both physical as well as digital products then I will suggest you to go with WooCommerce plugin to create shop. If you have Elementor Pro then then will be plus point. It depends on your shop requirements. You may need addons too.

So when a user buys the music it automatically sends to his email account and he can download but what about the physical product. Kindly help me with this one.
