    Funny how they couldn't get any actual Chefs to speak during this segment. No Nathan Myhrvold isn't a Chef he is a guy with a lot of money who plays Chef as a hobby.
    Escoffier: King of Chefs, Chef of Kings.

    I wrote a lot about Escoffier on my blog, but these guys didn't understand a thing about him, they just repeat words they've read somewhere. The only smart comment was the one of the grand-grandson.

    this show tries to legitimize cooking which in itself is an arrogant experiment in foolishness
