Both are accepted and this Maha Mantra can be chanted.
Even if Rama or Krishna comes first, after some part of recitation you will not know which is the beginning and which is the end. Hare Rama or Hare Krishna.
This Maha Mantra is the ultimate bliss and just concentrate on the Bhagawan 🙏
