This is what Dr. Joe Dispenza teaches in Breaking the habit of being yourself.
He has copied from Vedanta. He doesn't credit Hindu philosophy for that
There are so many influencers who never credit, only rishis contributed anonymously
He didn't credit simple.
I meant the same. Most of modern psychology is borrowed from Vedanta. But they never credit it.

Indeed a powerful concept to deal with the DNA of our mind. The cycle of samskara & vritti is generating an enormous wealth of good-bad impressions in the bank of our subconscious mind and as truly said Swamiji, i have been going bonkers & struggling all my life to get an direct access to subconscious and cleaning the stuff. When i hear such talks it inspires me to work at a DNA level but again, once i plunge in the world the tendency to work on samskara washes off and bad instincts takes over. How to fight off this subtle evil within us is the deadly task of our life.

Think like this: We all have impressions, 'samskaras' and it pops up depending on several things like where you are, the energy field of a place, if someone touches you, maybe external influences like 'energies' but what you have to do is always look to your mind and be aware to no let any tought gets bigger or influence the system! When you do japa or repeat a mantra you create a block on those toughts i guess and u become more and more strong and sort of cleaner so what got you in the past is not going to catch you easy! Think like airplanes traveling in different altitude they cant shock or maybe a sound that cant be heared because its in another frequency... This way you protect yourself against lower vibrations by refining your toughts throught this samsara and bubbling concept! As he ways u cant control why a tought and from where a tought arises but you can substitute it and in time, neutralize it

Normally I find his teachings very informative, but I just couldn't understand half of what he was saying, his speech was too fast and unclear. But I'm sure he will give other teachings on samskars. Will look for them.
Pls start giving lectures in hindi and sanskrit. Ever since you moved to u.s you have given lectures in English only.
