- Xdefiant has had its fair share of issues in its pre season, As we are about to head into season 1 of Xdefiant does it have what it takes to keep the player base engaged as we see black ops 6 coming around the corner.
Xdefiant is pretty lack lustre when it comes in came content to play for, it has a very bare camo unlock system, most of the items are behind a pay wall and the instore purchases are over priced.
Can Xdefiants gameplay and be enough to keep its players wanting more?
We will be breaking down weather or not Xdefiant is failing and can it be saved by working with the community!

Luckily for you, there’s not a single thing in the store that you need to be successful in the game. Just don’t engage with it, im not.
@KDRusha I get that but it's more on the bases of what to grind like I look at it and think if those cameos where unlockable by like 600 head shots with an AR that would be sick it's just more so variety of in game content is what is lacking and I think its wasted in the store. Hopefully season 1 bring more
@@GplaysXdefiant that is something I can agree with, the lack of variety, seems like there are few items in the store that I would qualify as “cool enough” to buy. This is the first game since Fortnite Chapter 1 Season 4 to actually have me wanting to buy something but the options just aren’t worth it.
Yeah honestly I dont mind putting money into its, from the battle pass to cosmetics but the cosmetics have to be reasonable pricing I honestly cant justify €15/$15 just for a camo skin or faction skin. I would rather pay for a map or game mode than a skin 😂
I just have to wait and see what season 1 brings. I have to see if there is anything to grind for outside of the season pass and the 3 weapon camos...As it stands now it's just "make number bigger" meaningless grind with a stupidly greedy high priced store. Why do the dailies? Why play the objective? It's just kind of hollow.
Yeah man tbh its Ubisoft they have been and always will be greedy when it comes to micro transactions the battle pass I dont mind paying for because I want to support the game but I wont put a penny outside of that! Season 1 should be the start of better things as mark rubin had stated that they are bringing more in game grinds to the game.
Abilities are broken, they need to balance them more. The spider is actually ridiculous
Awh man a melee should like grab it's off your face if time correctly. Echolon is Cracked AF, I am curious of the new faction and its ability to flash you with a shield that going to be annoying as fuck 😂😂

It's not about buying from the shop it's about the lack of grind in which they put a price tag on cameos and in game content that the player base should want to grind for.
Would you play this game without putting any money into it of there was nothing to work towards without playing for a skin?
@@GplaysXdefiant i play for the gun battles, so i have low value on skins. I havent spent any money on the shop so far, but im having a fun time just playing the game
@@GplaysXdefiant once upon a time, people played games because they enjoyed them, and didnt cry about how little or how much there was to do. If you really cant play a game because it doesnt have enough to unlock... DONT PLAY IT, clearly you dont like games, you like earning thiongs, so go do overtime at a fucking job, and actually earn something useful

So do you not think if you have nothing to accomplish or to work towards in the game it would get boaring over time? With no unlocks and nothing to play the game for! Player need to be incentive when playing the game with that been said it need to be at a balance for universal appeal.

I enjoy playing the game and give me a game that had 0 challenges in it for the player to strive to do? also challenged that got challenging as the game goes on? Also Games have been notoriously rated on how much or little there is to do in them since the dawn of gaming so your wrong in that statement.
Yes Ubisoft is a business but it doesn't need to lock its plays out of in game options via a pay wall so aggressively, my point is there should be more camos to grind in the game than the players just straight out paying for them.
The game is fun probably the best shooter I have played in years but I am thinking about how long does that last till it gets to a stage where its becomes to expensive to keep up or how long before there is guns to purchase in store that locks out players who cant afford them. Without questioning these things you allow companies to destroy good games like Xdefiant, look at escape from Tarkov, Call of Duty, Diablo the list goes on and on.
Xdefiant was so disappointing it's trash I get people wish it was good

@@youngac448 I dont think I can agree with that....the game is basically what we go in the orginianl call of duty but with it's own twist.
Graphically, feel and the overall base of the game is far superior that just about most out now.
