I was thinking about who might replace Harry should Invictus kick him to the kerb. My first thought was HRH The Prince of Wales. Wouldn't that be a kick, where it counts, to Harry. My second though, and I think it makes more sense, was Timothy Laurence - as a Vice Admiral (Retired) he would understand what many of these veterns had been through.

If they were truly philanthropic and a supporter of the Invictus Games, they would never accept payment for any of their promotional hoopla.
Harkles are not truly philanthropic, they're Grifters that try to grift everyone until they're broke.
Unlike Prince and Princess of Wales, they truly philanthropic, classy, dignified, uppity, charitable, and do their job via charity. That's what Royals do, they work for people, they support the citizens of UK/Briten. Everything that real Royals do is for their people, and they do it with dignity, respect, and kindness. (Harry is not part of their group and they need to cut him loose. He is an embarrassing to humanity).
Nor would they embezzle from the donations meant for the veterans.
Are they helping Invictus raise money for Vets or they are there to get paid by Invictus for outfits, private planes, hotel stay, other expensive transportation that can be used for their PR? Why are these Vets even putting up with them?
As part of a military family my family and I feel their participation in the games is self-serving. Why the games are putting up with this nonsense is beyond belief. The money that is spent on clothing transportation hotels I hope is out of their pockets. The veterans need every penny of the donations. I'm saddened that the games have stupped so low to allow these two to continue to tarnish what these games and donations are all about. Very sad indeed.
And the Vets have to pay their own way!
Personally? I believe Me-gain is there, front and center ONLY to collect her fees from those designers or brands whose clothing or shoes she is paid to wear. No.other.reason.
While they get private jet and helicopter service😱, $8,000/per night hotel suite. 3 winter coats, 3 pairs winter boots (so far), that she will never wear again, all paid for by Invictus charity ... While veterans participating in the games must pay their own way there ! Wouldn't it have been nice if that $ could have helped with travel expenses of these deserving veterans?
Seems proven from last time that money is first deducted for administrative costs ie, What MeAgain wants, Me-First-Last-Always-Only GETS🤬

As an Australian who was very happy to discover her family roots in Sussex going back generations, visiting there twice, first time with my son on what turned out to be the worst flooding they’d experienced for years, I hate what they’ve done to the people of Sussex who’ve lived here for generations too or just moved for a sea or tree change or whose families came from there. "O Canada" is our national anthem, although when I was young we always sang "O Canada" followed by "God Save the Queen." Because of our status as a Constitutional Monarchy, the King is our head of state. I believe that neither of the Sucks-its would have understood that, by singing "God Save the King," those Canadians were booing them loudest of all!

You don't hear anything about literature or theatre or dance from the younger generation, but Catherine and Eugenie both have degrees in the History of Art and appreciate it. I have heard there are rumors that Catherine used to go to the galleries in London after the school run, when the galleries were closed to the public so she could have a look at things. She is also a wonderful photographer and Royal Patron of the National Portrait Gallery.

It's insane to me that Meghan allegedly endured unbearable treatment by the royals and yet she's completely fine with her children remaining in the line of succession and keeping their titles - tying them to the monarchy for the rest of their lives. Yeah, River, the “news” here is awful. 15 minutes of rescued kittens and maybe five minutes of national and world news. And yes, the other 40 minutes is advertisements. It wasn’t something I noticed until I traveled to Ireland and mainland Europe in 1997 for the first time. I couldn’t get enough!!!! I was very distracted by the TV when the news came on. I was seeing stories that I had seen in the US and was amazed out how much they differed. And the amount of details missed. I have never been able to watch US news again. Luckily, BBC News was available on cable, I got the basic package so I could watch South Park and BBC. I wasn’t much into TV even as a child, except Saturday morning cartoons. Then it was school, sports and the great outdoors!!!! I don’t even own a TV now. My phone, iPad and laptop are WAAAY more than I need!
PS I’m about to give up on UA-cam too. You get 30 seconds of the video. Then if you don’t hit the skip button then it sends you to another ad. If I’m in a situation where I can’t get to the skip because of a chore or bathing, I more than likely get the 20 minute infomercial put out by that puffed body building guy who says don’t cut carb’s. He doesn’t actually say anything. Or those numb Lumi body odor commercials where the lady is literally instructing us how to slide a deodorant stick between our butt cheeks and thigh folds. Ew!

Haz won’t know this and she won’t care but in the State of California, you can’t just begin using some other surname, you must petition the court, provide documentation or other evidence, and obtain a court order to change a surname. It is ILLEGAL to simply begin using some new surname even if you’re a Duke or a Prince of some other nation.
Harry isn’t an American citizen, neither is Archie, I don’t know if the American courts could even entertain a request to change their Surnames.
No, it is not illegal in the United States to use an “alias” . You can informally adopt a different last name without legal proceedings. You can introduce yourself by a different name, but this doesn’t change your legal identity, and any ID cards and papers you sign using your alias name would not be legal.

I'm a 4th generation native Texan, USA (almost 73 years old), and I totally AGREE, River, with the sorry state of the U.S. television stations and their purported news! With the reversal of the oversight laws and the government approval of corporate mergers that have left our entire country's news in the hands of just a few conglomerates, it has left the public getting the same news (slanted to the corporation's political stance) across all the stations. Pitiful is an understatement at best, and verging on dictatorship at worst. The blame falls on both of our political parties for voting to allow this to happen. I am truly ashamed of what my country has become, and terrified of what it could become. Our illustrious Edward R. Murrow must be turning over in his grave. I am relying more and more on British news providers for in-depth and unbiased news.

Multiple British solicitors have reported that it is illegal to use titles for business purposes, yet the rebranded Archetypes website states the goals are "business" and philanthropy. Given their flagrant admission and violation, it is time for Parliament to act to remove the titles, as well as Harry and his children from the line of succession.

Perhaps this time will be viewed differently and action will be taken...to at least make them change the violation in their rebranded website, if not for the rest. In his recent U.S. Invictus interview, Harry mentioned considering someday possibly applying for U.S. citizenship. That would require him to renounce his British titles 👍, but I'm not sure he would even qualify for citizenship, given his prior admission of illegal drug use. We shall have to wait and see how their latest misstep plays out...but we can hope.

It's too bad they didn't bother to wear any Invictus apparel. They spent less than 3 days - only one in Whistler and they had a cold weather wardrobe fit for the Arctic. In Vancouver, the weather was mild and sunny. Sad that it is all being paid for by us, Canadian taxpayers, via Invictus.
