Sir how to calculate reinforcement in pedastal to avoid any shear or tension failure so that bolt can't leave out from concrete....if large amount of moments ans shear force acting on column..as concrete is weak in tension...

Sir, Practically there will be forces act in Fx & Fz direction also, how to check the Base Plate/Bolts safety against those forces?
Check for shear strength of anchor bolt.
