I would like to add one important point which was not in the discussion.
Official receipt is being issued by the authority for the "Zakat" paid which can be claimed some deductible percentage from annual taxation, whereas it's not the same with " Dasood" paid to Jamat Khana.

Though I am not Ismaili, but comparing Zakat with Ismaili tax is not correct. It should be compared with Khums. Ismaili economic system is much better as compared to other communities as it work towards educational upliftment of the community and provide healthcare facilities. This community doesn't encourage beggary. May I ask the panel, how much transparency is there in other Zakat collection systems.
If you are not an Ismaili than how can you say with so much conviction that the proceeds of Dausand is used for the upliftment of the Ismaili community. Please talk with proof and also kindly watch the Episodes on Gods money and you will know what happens to proceeds of Dausand.

At least these are the projects that are visible to all Non-Ismailis. Recently, I have been to Hunza and I have seen the literacy rate and the life style of common Ismaili there. The Agha Khan Nursing school has given a lot of respect to a profession for women which was completely neglected. The girls who have got trained in these schools are getting highly paid jobs in the west as health care professionals. The biggest achievement is that there are no beggars in Ismailis. I don't believe that he is a Imam but yes he is a very good administrator and he is leaving behind a system that works for the betterment of his followers and for humanity also.
