I disagree with the idea of the protective order to seal these videos. I think every single aspect and every shred of evidence proffered in these cases should be made completely available to the American people. Absolute transparency. Then, you have the serious task of deciding a man or woman's future based on facts, not hearsay, or some televised celebrity blowhard.
I, and the people who served as jurors along with me, took it very seriously.
