It's more popularly known as reverse DLR but Rico called it differently, that's all. Biggest problem with BJJ, there are no actual formal set names, it's just defined by popularity, which is actually bad, because then it causes this kind of confusion.
No because it's actually easier for the foot to slip off in this specific position and you are able to keep better control with the toes than the heel.

No because it's actually easier for the foot to slip off in this specific position and you are able to keep better control with the toes than the heel.
