  • These quick and easy baked pita chips are truly a delicious form of ultimate guilt-free indulgence, read: healthy! You can snack on them, without worrying about the calories. I prepared them with pita bread (khubus), you can make them with any flatbread that you have - roti, chapati, tortilla; it stays delicious regardless.
    It takes barely a few minutes to make, and only a couple of ingredients.
    Ingredients:
    - 3 pita breads/khubus (or any flatbread)
    - Olive oil (or butter or regular cooking oil or ghee..you get the drift) for greasing the chips
    - Salt and pepper (or any dried condiments of choice - optional)
    Cut them, grease them, bake them in a pre-heated oven for 5-7 mins at 180C or 355F.
    It is best enjoyed with another healthy Middle Eastern dip called 'Labneh', which is made with ONE ingredient btw. The recipe for which can be found here:
