There's nothing wrong with eating, it's how much you eat! Fasting periodically will help us to control ourselves and what we consume! Start fasting on Mondays and thurs it will help! Then increase it with the 3 white days if you can! May Allah help us all! Ameen 💚🧡

You don’t have to diet. Just eat the way the prophet salallahu alayhi wasallam recommended. That’s the only diet that’s successful and easy to maintain. Oh and chew your food to the point where it’s mush! It’ll make your food easy to digest, prevent reflux and keep your facial muscles and bones strong and toned which will help prevent sinus issues and hopefully snoring.

There was a time when chocolates, crisps, sweets etc were seen as luxuries and treats.
There was a time when you were not excused from the dining table until you had finished ALL your vegetables.
Sit up straight, elbows off the table, switch off phones, television, all electronic gadgets and a jug of water on the table instead of coke.
Can't blame the children. It's our fault.
No one is forming food into your mouth.
We have become glutinous and greedy.
We have no sabr. Our portions are lustful. We eat far too much and have become accustomed to seeing a variety of dishes on the table and if that is not there then we feel deflated and throw an inner tantrum like a 3 year old.
Cookery classes were our lessons amongst woodwork and metal work.
    We're lost.
But that's the way they want us. Fat, immobile and making million of pounds for the big pharmaceutical companies.
Anyway, rant over...each to their own...

Look this up if you do not believe me. Majority of your hunger will be because of water. Many humans are dehydrated but do not know this. When you become very dehydrated you become thirsty. When you're just dehydrated it can comes as hunger instead.
Sometimes you feel like eating because you're bored and eating can come as a form of comfort in your life if you're unhappy too.
Sugar can manipulate your hunger levels, if you consume too much sugar it messes with your brain and can make you hungry even when you shouldn't so you crave food.
      I hope this help.

I agree that we eat too much. However, one should not talk about matters where you dont know what youre talking about. Meat is not the problem.
