- After doing Andrew Huberman's Optimal Morning Routine for 100 days, here is my new routine.
I implemented consistent sleep and wake times, early morning sunlight, cold exposure through cold showers, delaying caffeine intake, and cutting off caffeine intake 10 hours before sleep. I built this routine based on a few Andrew Huberman podcasts that the UA-cam algorithm suggested to me.

I am a sleep technologist, and I absolutely agree with the consistent sleep schedule, and of course the caffeine cutoff time, caffeine withdrawal will mess up your sleep.

@@BreakItYourselfI don’t think this falls into that category- you were honest and talked about your personal experience with it. I think he was talking mostly about just echoing what the trend suggests to be the benefits.
protip from Huberman himself, for the showers (and plunges), if you get your face/head/ears wet/cold first, your body barely notices...helps immensely, especially with the hyperventilating
