Much music love for you, enjoy! :)
It’s so awesome being a part of this video, thank you.
I’m the one who played arabesque.
Soooo, you don’t only play tuba? You guys are kind of alike ❤
@@WitheredAliah18 I started on trumpet and switched to tuba after my 4th year
@@DevilOPlaysTubaI know some other people who’ve done this
Good job
How did you learn that in 6 years? I've been playing 7 maybe 8 by now. I don't remember but I haven't learned it no again. I've also not been trying to learn it yet. No I will eventually, but if you could do something like send me a link or something to where you found it. That would be great
Ive been playing for two years but i sound like the 5 year one 😂
Same, I have also played for 2 years and I'm able to play bolero.
Only in your mind
@@johnnyquest9519nah it’s not really accurate
@@johnnyquest9519 No but i like practice 1 hour every day.
@@Monkey_VRR how you practice makes a big difference. Playing the notes in Bolero is not hard. Playing Bolero correctly is extremely hard. Keep on it. Warm up, long tone, exercises, lips, slurs, all while using a metronome…. that’s a good warm-up for an hour.
Thank you to everyone who participated in this video!
Are you the guy who played 11 years?
@@itscalledfootballbro2 Yes, I am. Did you recognize my green Jacket?
Yes
your playing is rlly good!! 👍
@@cricxet67 Thank you! I practiced a lot to do that XD
Loved playing in this video! At 4 years, i still see SO MUCH improvement to make 😂
I can't believe I'm in the video! You all sounded great! I hope I can become a pro someday. You should do more of this!
al of you guys were amazing
I wish i could participate one day
I started playing a year ago. 16 years later I will be 100 years old and breathless.. :)
Impressive to see everyone's skills and talents! People who played trumpet for 10+ years are in fact professional!
That's true
I don’t play trumpet but I play the euphonium, imagine a distant cousin of the trombone, and have been playing for almost 2 years
I play baritone horn, been playing since Y4 and now in Y10 and am doing Grade 5 atm
I am a euphonium too. Been playing for almost 2 years
If I am honest, this is not the best arrangement of years of playing an instrument. I have been playing saxophone for a while, and I bet I could learn the 10 year song in just a day. But this is great content! Thank you
Okey, after 2 years of playing i played as good as the guy that played for 16 years. For me it was so easy, so i stopped to practice, not until I started to play in more professional setting I understood I actually stoped to progress in my playing, didnt get as good as Håkan Hardenberger or these great trumpeter soloists. I guess i did Kinda fall on my fave when I started to play the trumpet in gymnasium (college)
I’ve been playing a year
me nearing 8 years and playing 4th trumpet on festive overture in my senior year competitions and getting a near perfect score.😎
I have played trumpet for 2 1/2 years. I play on a Bach Stradivarius model 37 from the 1960s
i play on bach 190 :)
4 years was so good 😮😮 I wish I had such good tone 😢
Thanks for the heart! You should continue making these amazing videos 🤩
Thank you! I will 😃 Next video this Friday!
2 years has the mouth piece on the very edge of his mouth.
yeh very weird embouchure
I was thinking that when I watched the 2nd year trumpet 😂
i'm not a trumpet player i'm a flute player but i've played for about 8 months in band & i can play level 2 band music (the one i'm playing right now is the spinning wheel by elton E Burgstahler i saw a preview on google), tequila, wii theme song, super mario intro, despacito, and a few other random songs
I’m surprised none of the ones that had slower songs or had longer notes played with vibrato at all
Yes I can hear the difference. I would also like a video of this but with the saxophone
Me too, how long have you been playing?
@@toffygaming6907 the saxophone or trumpet?
Eu toco a 1 ano, mas acho que não estou tão mal pro tempo que eu toco 🤔
I've been plying for 2 or 3 idk years higest noat hit rn is 3 octave G
6th graders in the begining band at my school play pirates of the carribean flawlessly
I’m in between 4 and 6 but I’ve played for two years
Not gonna lie I have only been playing trumpet for two months and I'm better than all till the 10 year part
i´ve been plaxing seven years and i still sound horrible... can u make a video on how to improve the sound of a trumpet please?
Practice practice practice! 😃 You can watch my video with “Most Googled Questions About Trumpet” and there you can find some tips
I advise working on the fundamental such as long tone and scales. Don't focus too much on the buzzing part, focus on using your lips to find that sweet spot where it's neither too flat or sharp and focus on keeping a consistent air flow
And another thing is make sure your trumpet is clean and well maintained!
I can help, my recommendation is if you already been playing seven years and have practiced regularly you should have a good embrouchure built. Check to make sure your trumpets spit valve is cleaned out regularly and that your valves are oiled as well. If you have any treatment on your teeth such as braces that could be a other thing. One thing you might be doing is trying some of the harder stuff and messing up. Make sure you work one day at a time one lighter things and work your way up. Here's what your biggest issue could be. If you are not regularly putting on chap stick then that can severely affect your trumpet player easily. That makes less lip go into the trumpet and make it sound bad. Make sure you take good care of your lips. Medicated chap stick is the good stuff. I don't think you are a bad trumpet player especially for seven years. I just don't think you are doing the right things to help. Do lip exercises such as long tones soft then loud then soft tones and lip slur exercises. This will really help your lips strengthen and build a good high register. This will give good notes. Also if you have been playing for 7 years and still have the same trumpet maybe that is the issue and you could need a new one. I believe you are better than you think and don't let that self doubt destroy you. Keep things even and practice every day. Don't stress. Work your way up.
Joder en tantos años de tocar suenan como que llevarán solo unos meses jajajja
3 years i can prob do all other then last 3 or 2
I’ve been playing for 3 weeks and I sound like the 4 year one
I have been playing trumpet for 6 years, and I definitely have more to improve, but I can say I'm pretty good in my section. Am I the best in my section? No, absolutely not. There's a kid who is literally the goat, playing super high above the staff stuff all the time, heck, he should be in the band above what he's currently in.
I hated reading “high above the staff” it reminded that I have to play Double Eb for my last concert, I’m quite nervous.
@@plaguedoctor9512 I've gotten better at reading high above the staff. Thankfully none of my music goes above the C (or at least if I'm playing first part).
Ive been playing for two months and sound like three year
I have been playing for 1 yei
Almost 5 years here
0:31 is this Ed Helms son?
My cousin has been playing for a year and knows pirates of the Caribbean
Wait largo and finale is for 2 year players I played that a few months after starting and it sounded the same 😂
Same
I may question that I can play the same as the one playing for 11 years while I just started playing trumpet again on last summer.
Well they chose the song, no difficulty involved
i suck at trumpet even though ive been playing for over a year i cant even play super C
I am honestly surprised that there's someone who learned arabesque. After 6 years of playing, I've been playing 7 and I haven't learned that 1. No. I've also not been trying to learn it. So I guess it's also a little bit of my fault. But whatever arabesque is a fun song. And I do want to learn it
The first ten year Video, where is she? I want to know
Ive been playing for two years and i sound like very professional . I m from romania and i have 13 years old and i sing the arutunian trumpet concerto
me too except, i suck so much
I think the years of playing doesnt matter that much. Its about practicing and talent (unlike to piano or violin more talent than practicing). I have over 16 years experience ;)
I’ve been playing for 2 years now and in 8th grade I’m getting top band.
Ah, I remember 8th grade. I was first chair and was maybe the second best my teacher ever had with trumpets.
Pro tip, try not to piss off the clarinets right in front of you like I did

Been playing for 3 years now and sound similar to the 10 year
It’s not that hard to sound good
Bro I just play trumpet for 9 months and I can play Jack sparrow like the 3 years guy😂
Waiting for the next upload be like: 🕐🕝🕠🕣🕥🕚🕦🕕
Next upload this Friday! ⏰
I don't think the number of years of practice is a good measure.
I did 5 years of trumpet but at the beginning I didn't play much, so 2 years later I had a mediocre level, about the same as the 2nd guy who did 0.5 years.
But now that I'm playing a lot more, and I think I'm at the same level as the guy who plays the Bolero, I can reach high C.
So in 3 years I've managed to reach the same level as the guy who played for 5 years, because I worked several hours a day.
Everyone goes at their own pace ^^
Everyone goes at their own pace, I play too much.
year 2 embouchure wth
I can play Take Five, and its only my second year playing 😭
Same
Im only 2 years in and i sound like 4 years
me in 6 months like 2-3 years
same here
why do i sound a little better than the 14 year one when ive been playing for 5 years
I can’t help but see these comparisons as a little bit flawed. I can see comparisons between larger jumps, like 1-5-10-15 years, especially if from similar backgrounds. But when you are looking at a year to year scale, with more frequent practice a 2 year player can be better than a 2 or 4 year player. The 2 year player here, for instance, played with much better tone, articulation, and cleanliness than 3 or 4 years. This gets even more exaggerated as the years jump up, as the difference between 10-11 years will be much less noticeable than 0-1 years. I know players of less than 5 years who are playing much more impressively than even some of the 10 year players.
À lot of of the struggle for new players (with crap teachers) comes from teaching every now as individual and isolated, instead of one long breath with a note progression.
Listen to Perry Como or Frank Sinatra.
Start! Spread! Ing! The! News !
I'm ! Leave ! Ing! To! Day !
You wouldn't sing it like that, so don't play it like that 👍
One long breath 👍
This is so inaccurate it’s wild
1 year and souned 6 year
why does 16 look like an npc character
I've been playing about 8-9 months and I'm better than the 10 and 11 year players
Some of these guys like 2 are holding it wrong
Me 6 years
Bro, I've been playing for 4 years and I sound better that the 15!
I’m not trying to flex but I have the capability to easily teach myself an instrument in a good 5 days
Edit: trumpet is actually next on my list, wish me luck!
Been playing 2 years did looney tunes first year in 6th grade I sound around 13 or 14 remember guys you can be lots worse or lots better than what it says
They chose what song to play, the difficulty didn’t matter and sound could be really easy or hard to master.
I’ve been playing for 3 and a half years and I sound better than the 10 year (don’t believe me? Look at my Brass Machine short)
I know a kid who has played for 3 years and sounds better than the 11 year
El de 5 meses no le debe hechar ganas a la trompeta
k
I’ve been playing for 2 years and I can play better that 11
They chose the song, who knows what they can play?
The 1 day looks like a girl
Because it’s a girl
@@DDTRUMPETGarage oh
Why didn't you conduct the same experiment but they instead play the hardest song they can play perfectly
Everyone has chosen the song by himself
Sorry, but pro trumpet players don’t sound so synthetic. There are so many effects put onto your clip that it sounds like AI.
Yeah and his face doesn’t match with what he’s playing. Notice how the other players (some) have crackling UNcentered pitches that don’t speak right away.
I’m not saying his playing is fake but his sound is significantly enhanced
3 year trumpet is ass
ngl this is the worst trumpet creator. there is no way these people have been playing for this long. i am 13 and ive been playing for 3 years and im better than 90% of the people on this list
Not his fault
Ik the person whos 3 yrs and hes actually been playing that long
