I used to watch his MW 2019 vids, and I didn’t even know what he did to streamers and the CP. I honestly only watched his vids and don’t even consider myself a fan. I’m glad I found out who he really was, and it’s great that he’s gone.

He's been harassed by other creators and he's been in beef with other creators as well and hasn't made this claim about anyone else. He's not the "boy who cried wolf" type. Max has been a problem for a while. He built his career off trolling, and harassing, and doing a lot of harm to people. If it were someone like keemstar making the claim then I wouldn't believe it for a second. But Charlie is a guy who has a very good track record with these kinds of situations. As of right now, with how edgy and awful the servers he made were, i'm much more likely to believe that he deleted any trace of cp being shared. I think critikal may have exaggerated on exactly how much was shared and clearly Max himself (whether he did it or not) would never admit to it so I don't know why he said that. I do however know that where there's smoke there's fire. And I genuinely do not believe he would just make a claim that serious up without any reason for it considering he could have just left it at the proven harassment and still would have likely done a ton of damage. TLDR: There's no hard evidence that we've seen, but given the character of both creators and max's community, I am going to believe the moist man here.
