Do you have a lot of boxes to be stocked like this during morning hours or this is something ulta does specifically at night so that customers do not see the chaos?
If some products left with no place to stock do you try to be creative and get them on the shelf or do you just take them back to storage room?
And by the way do you sell to customers or it is not your job?

I don’t work there anymore but when I first started I only worked like 15 hours a week and then eventually they had me at like 30+ hours a week but tbh it’s fluctuated a lot bc the hours depended on how much the store made the week before

Prestige beauty advisor! It’s one step above a beauty advisor and we were responsible for color matching, pushing prestige brands etc
As a task associate did you get Ulta employee benefits? Kinda would like to be sure I get the discount and sample perks. This job reminds me of my old Amazon warehouse but better because it's at a store and with a small team. I have my interview on Wednesday. Did they mind you recording?
Technically I worked mainly in the front but I liked working in the back bc I didn’t have to talk to customers 😭And I’m pretty sure every employee got all the same benefits! Also I didn’t ask permission to record myself and I didn’t even tell them I had a UA-cam channel 💀💀 so who knows what they would’ve said if I actually asked lmaooo

I started off part time but honestly my hours changed all the time so I worked full time sometimes
How much did you get hourly ?
I think I made 16.50 and the minimum wage at the time was 15.50
what time do you go to bed?
Hmmm usually around 8 or 9pm!

I was a prestige beauty advisor but I asked management to put me on truck shifts

@@alexandria8784 they mainly want you to have some type of work experience in general and maybe know a little about makeup but other than that no!
