- Please share this guided meditation to spread the spirit of Christmas, this is for anyone feeling the stress and strain of xmas.
This time of year can be emotional, confusing and upsetting, I hope to bring the happiness of Christmas back in some small way with this meditation.
I wish you all a very merry Christmas and a happy new year. I will continue into the new year with brand new sleep stories and journeys with music and sound effects to help immerse you more.
There will also be voice only versions of my meditations coming soon and on the odd occasion some on camera talks from me.

As one of probably hundreds of people who have experienced the loss of a parent or loved one, I'm deeply saddened. Now I understand why the holidays are such a painful time for so many.

Thanks for all your votes in the poll for which meditation type is your favourite. I've listened and am working on new story based videos with music and sound effects, and for those that voted for voice only. There will also be a just voice version from next year. I will continue to post videos throughout the christmas period. I would also like to wish you all a very merry christmas.

Christmas is definitely a time when sensitivities are heightened.... this can't be coming at a better time than today..... I'm going through a tough time right now with family stress and dysfunction...... I feel like I could cry right now.... thank you for this upload

So nice ! I needed this today , and it reminded me to acknowledge ALL the memories , and appreciate them , but keep the "Spirit of Christmas" ie togetherness, community, forgiveness, love, etc at the centre of focus ! Ok that was the weirdest thing I have ever experienced...I don’t understand this jumble of unrelated recordings.
I dont have any good memories from this year .... and my older good ones all involve loved ones who have passed away so sadly this just made me feel really bad.
