Hi can anyone tell me what to wear as far as a coat in early November? I’ll be there between Nov 6th through the 8th. I’m planning a trip in the inner city is it THAT COLD then? Should I only wear a semi little quilted jacket OR a Semi heavy winter coat?
And does it rain more between November 5th to the 9th HENCE the beginning at of the month ? OR late November for rain?
And a there anywhere to go shopping besides the outdoor mall
