Being bottom heavy with a small waist and short torso makes wearing oversized clothes so hard. The crotch is always bunching or waaaaaayyyyy too long, and the waist is never right and it’s infuriating 😭

I find the best place to start with layering bottoms is tights - pattern, colour, texture can all come into play, but they’re easy to layer under shorts, distressed jeans, skirts and dresses. They also extend the life of some spring/summer pieces into fall/winter.

Hey Sweetheart, I Love your videos and I really like your Style. I live in Germany and my main reason for layering was the weather in Fall/ winter. When I go to the office by car and a thick down jacket it was to hot. But outside it is too cold for only a thinner Jacket. The more I learned about layering the more I liked it. Thanks for the inspirations :)

This was the first time your channel was suggested to me and I'm so glad I stumbled across it! I actually have quite a different (aspirational) style than you but I still found the advice so helpful. I'm thinking of even challenging myself to only shop for shoes/bags/accessories the next year because in 2024 I bought so much more than I ususally would and I feel more lost than ever putting outfits together. Cause guess what, my clothes to accessories ratio is hella off. I'm slightly intimidated because there's tons of stuff that's out of my comfort zone but at least I played around with different metals so far and it was a positive experience for me.
