As a new powerlifter, your content has added tremendous value to me. I used to do 5x5 and injure myself every 6-8 weeks like clockwork for 8-9 months until a friend of mine recommended your methodology and RPE. I've implemented RPE into my training and successfully trained for the past 26 weeks without a single injury (except for fatigue build-up and dialing it down for a week) and hitting new PRs. You might not get millions of views on your YT videos (even though they deserve it), but your content is priceless for lifters like me. Thank you for your contribution to my lifting journey Joey. I hope you keep posting content here.

I'm from Colombia (my English is not perfect), but without a doubt the knowledge you share in your channel has changed me not only as a Powerlifting athlete, but also in my mentality and I don't think it's just me, I think even you yourself have felt the amount of people who have you as a reference, who really want to learn from you, because somehow or another what you have done inspires us to improve and not only as athletes.

The content, as far as your information, is always good. I'm not a UA-cam expert by any means, but I think you'd reach a larger audience if you moved away from the "slide show" style video. Whether it's screen sharing an Excel sheet to follow along with or just showing yourself talk, I think it would help a lot. That's just my humble opinion.

From the last 3 weeks i was doing AMRAP on my deadlifts first at 165kg ,170kg and 175 kg . Now I am unable to generate any power from my glutes on my deadlifts. Can you tell me how to fix it? ( PR-200kg)
I'm a percentage guy through and through. Can't get with RPE, but to each their own.
I have RPE based top sets with percentage based back offs ie 1x4 @7 then 4x5 -18%

It doesn't matter if you use RPE or percentage as long as you are not coached by Flexx.
