I followed Gentle Whispering back in middle school. The year was 2011. For 13 years I have been falling asleep to this channel, and I seriously am so grateful for the content. Before ASMR was a phenomenon, Mariya was here for us. Thank you.

yes this!! it’s nice seeing asmr becoming normalized, but i remember when i wouldn’t dare tell anyone. her videos were the first effective tools for relaxation i had as a young teen with anxiety issues. so grateful

Was just about to put this! 👑 Of ASMR. My husband heard her speaking in her normal tone on her other UA-cam channel and was like, "ohhh, I see why you've followed her all these years. Listening to her I instantly want to fall asleep her voice is so soothing" ha! I told him "and that's not even her ASMR tone!" Lol Maria is truly God sent.

I agree about the glass triggers. It takes a certain touch to get it right. You did a video years back with a honey jar that was so lovely I ended up buying the same one to replicate the sound. I still have it and use it 😊

This channel is the whole reason i got into ASMR, all the way back in 2012! It was a hairbrush tapping vid i was only 12 at the time and had never heard of ASMR, at first i was weirded out by the whispering i didnt understand what was going on, then the tapping started and i felt my ears and brain melting haha 😂That video was the cure for my insomnia for years! i still go back to it every now and then and it still does the trick ~ You are the queen of ASMR!

Oh my, that holographic make up bag was almost a visual trigger on it's own! I got really intense tingles when the light interacted with the scalloped side 🤩🤩

I have a hard time with vigorous tapping sounds. The glass cup in the beginning was too much, I had to skip to the 5:00 minute mark 😅 but I enjoyed the rest. Does anyone else feel like they can’t take the fast crazy tapping? Maybe it’s just me 😂
