    Hi Team - absolutely loved this webinar, it was so informative and best zoho content out there. I had a few questions below if you were able to answer in more detail?
    * Can visitors be automatically pushed into Zoho CRM without an operator approving?
    * Can we set follow up tasks based on lead owner for returning visitors?
    * Can we assign chats on Sales IQ to the original lead owner for returning visitors?
    * Is there a way for the lead owner to be notified immediately when chat has been opened?
    * How do we align lead routing from within Zoho CRM, Sales IQ & throughout the whole Zoho suite.

      Hi Patrick,
      * Can visitors be automatically pushed into Zoho CRM without an operator approving?
      Yes, you can define how it will be added to your CRM in the Integration settings in SalesIQ.
      * Can we set follow up tasks based on lead owner for returning visitors?
      Yes, you could keep a visitor score and after a specific threshold, you can trigger all types of custom actions.
      * Can we assign chats on Sales IQ to the original lead owner for returning visitors?
      When setting the Chat Routing you can use several types of criteria to define who will attend the Chat. Sadly, Lead Owner is not one of them. If you get Creative you could use the other fields, but it would be a workaround.
      * Is there a way for the lead owner to be notified immediately when a chat has been opened?
      Yes, that's possible. When an existing lead opens a chat, it can trigger a custom function that would send a notification to the lead owner in Cliq/or an email.
      * How do we align lead routing from within Zoho CRM, Sales IQ & throughout the whole Zoho suite.
      Go to SalesIQ and set the Integration Settings with CRM. There you will have the option to create leads or Contacts from SalesIQ visitors.

    regarding the pagesense option you mention, is it only for wordpress built website or does it apply to any other system?

      The PageSense code can be inserted into any website platform.

    what is the difference between cliq and salesIQ?
