I love the flowy shorts and they look wonderful on you however a warning ladies. If you take your very young kids or grandkids in the grocery store and they get cold the kids will promptly stick their head and arms up the shorts. True story this happened to me lol. I had to make an online return to Maurice’s and hands down it was the easiest return I’ve ever done! Love the haul Marnie!

I found a simple black wrap dress by Maurice's online at ThredUp a few years ago for $10. It didn't look like much but it was so flattering when I put it on. Last year I ordered a similar dress from them in a fall print. Just gorgeous. Wish I had one near me.
Hi Marnie. I am relatively new to your channel and have gone and watched many of your older videos. Your input has made me reconsider shopping at Walmart and I am happy to know that their quality has so greatly improved over the years. Your most current video featured Walmart jeans and a slip dress, however when I went online to look at these items right after watching your video, I was disappointed that ALL of the jeans were sold out and the slip dress was almost sold out as well. Hope Walmart restocks some of the items.

I’m glad you mentioned that a lot of stores might not have everything you are showing in your videos. I worked in retail for many years and they definitely do have climate based selections of what is in the store. Just wouldn’t make sense to sell a wide selection of heavy jackets in a hot climate for example. It's more than seasonal, it's just how the supply chain works, and it's not limited to Walmart. Every retailer is carrying less in store, and far more online.

Wondering with your recent summer dresses if you can recommend a summer slip? I have a few dresses that are just a bit too sheer to wear without a slip or half slip. But what I have sticks to my skin during summer heat. Which is just a big Yuck.

I don’t generally wear slips unless I’m dealing with static cling. As long as you’re wearing skin tone underwear, who cares if someone can see the outline of your legs?

Hey Marnie! I agree with you on the Jean jackets with one exception. I ordered the puff sleeve jean jacket and my perfectionist tendency came out with a vengeance because the “puffs” weren’t symmetrical. Argh.
I returned it. Maybe I will give it another try. Maybe.
I tend to have broader shoulders, apparently, (didn’t know that) but the shoulder puff is really not my friend.
The FA cargo pants I took a chance on because a 27” inseam doesn’t really work for me. I got them in white (more of a cream, actually) and the length was perfect. A 30” inseam is my sweet spot if I’m wearing flats.
I also have them in black and the inseam is definitely 27”. They are not the black pants I usually reach for, although they are perfect in every other way.
