  • Yoga Nidra is an important practice for modern times. It is a necessary space for deep rest and meditation through the subconscious. For this practice, you will need a yoga mat and physical supports for your comfort such as a pillow for under your head, a blanket, eye pillow and bolster for under the needs. This is also a perfect practice for when you are resting at night and can be done laid out in your bed. I hope that you find this supportive to your restorative routines.
