Great video, thanks!! So interesting to discover more about Miyako life's background ....... we're all glad she took the "musical" turn over the "medical" one but, I bet, she would have been an amazing doctor!! She is so committed, persistent and passionate abut what she does that I have no doubt about that.
Thank you for this. So interesting to get this glimpse into Miyako's background. The link between an interest in science or medicine and music is not uncommon. I can think of several famous scientists who also loved music, including Albert Einstein and Richard Feynman. Looking forward to part 2 👏
Or the other way around. To name a couple, Brian May (Queen) has a PhD in astrophysics, and Dexter Holland (The Offspring) has a PhD in molecular biology.
with her hand and finger control she most likely would have been one of the best surgeons on the planet. thank goodness she chose the other path. there are many great surgeons but musicians of her caliber are rare. just think - we may have never known about the amazing mi-ya. unless you lived in japan and needed heart transplant or brain surgery !
Yea, competitive piano and violin world is very high pressure and definitely can be scary. So very glad Miyako found her place in this music landscape.
great interview video with Miyako ! very interesting to know her past.
Even not as a surgeon but Miyako-san can open people's heart using her lovebites 😂
She's super-intelligent and would have made a great surgeon, but for the rest of us, thank goodness she decided to choose the path of music.
Wonderful Miyako. Thank u 🏴🐺🤘
This is AWESOME! Thank you for sharing this. I can't wait to watch part 2!!
Thank you for the video! I look forward to part 2! ☺

Thanks for your hard work and for shared it with us.
Awaiting for part2.
Thank you for these videos. As someone who used to do subs for Korean content. I know how time consuming it can be 👏
can't wait, part 2 of watanabe-san... 😊
Thanx a lot and I'm waiting fot part 2!
Awesome, I'm having a hard digesting that Mi Ya wasn't near the top of her college piano class.
Thank You for the English sub's.
As 21g fan, I always hope they make reunion project someday 🙏

❣💯🤘👍
🙏🙏🙏
This is way cool to hear Miya talking about her beginnings and how it led to Guitar and bands 👌🙏
クラシックのピアノって、子どもの頃に選抜されるからなぁ。同じクラシックでもピアノはレベルが違う。でも、そういった挫折組が日本の音楽界を支えているのは間違いない。
Dang Japan, even prodigy like Miyako fell depressed when compare herself with her class mate
🥶 scary scary

0.29 Mi-ya mama?
It's hard to translate but 'ma-, ma-' is like ’Anyway.’😅
