I am a leaseholder. Bought my flat 5 years ago, when I was 23. Quiet young and didnt realise I was making a mistake by refurbishing ;( ! What should I do now? I changed the carpet to hardwood flooring. I chabged the bathroom from Tub to Shower. And I removed the wall that separates the Kitchen and the living room, making a open space. The flat looks beautiful now, and definetly has more value. But certainly that was a mistake, without getting the freeholder permission. I am so scared and upset. Can you give me some advice on what to do please?
