Got it 3 days back, its great for students, my daughter loves it, its amazing for online classes, she can attend to classes and take notes too in other screen.
I have a very mixed opinion on this laptop
things that I hate : comes with only 60 Hz, it's on 13 inch, no 4k, no regular keyboard, they could've done a better job on the stand.
with that being said, I think its still a better buy compared to tablets
I’m still waiting for my unit, this year I spent money I need to wait on sigh ….
Which theme or wallpaper did he use on the laptop and also on his external monitor please
Thanks for your review. When using a projector, which screen is projected? Both, or only one?
Can you shift screens easily?
It is the extend screen feature, which you have in other laptops and computers...you need two monitors in case of computer, another extra monitor in case of all in one desktop or laptops... Where as in dual screen laptop two screens are connected to the same hardware...
In this dual screen laptop You can connect to another monitor or projector also via usb thunderbolt cable. So you can view 3 screens (two of laptop and another external monitor or projector) at the same time.
You can switch between them as duplicate or extend with display setting option in windows 11.
10 hours of use? how? i just got the laptop 2 days ago and i practically disabled every possible gesture and gimmick on the device just to see if i can maximize its battery life. Even windows update too!
Hello, What's about now? Is your machine work well? Do you face any problems else? I am interested in this laptop too.
@@abcdef7660 no dude. The laptop sucks when it comes to performance. 16GB, half of that goes to windows 11! 55% (give or take). All the time. The main issue is browser tabs. The more the tabs, the higher the percentage of you hitting 99% of your ram capacity and things start to half and freeze. It’s really bad. Let me clarify one thing. More tabs as in 16+ tabs per window. So if you open 2 chrome pages and each page has like 10+ or more tabs, yeah, you’re screwed.
The laptop in general is very good. Except this browser thing which I think is inevitable. You will run into it because 99% of us surf the Internet. So you’re going to have multiple chromes/Firefox/whatever else up and running. Can it run heavy stuff like photoshop and Blender for example? Yeah smoothly. But the Achilles heel is the Internet browser. So you might want to consider that. Everything else is okay. Also, I’m contemplating erasing Windows 11 and putting 10 instead, hopefully that’ll help.
Notebook has great feature set but is qwerky. IF you change resolution it changes it back automatically. IF you kill the file controlling this you lose many of the features. Great hardware but not sure the software and bias are ready for prime time. I had mine about a month. Then it went out and could not be fixed by Best Buy. Now waiting on new one when they are avaialble. Maybe by then the software / bias issues will be fixed. I agree however that the form, function and usability is amazing. I just needed to maximize resolution and reduce font size and and was in a constant fight with the machine

@@abcdef7660 I have mastered the quirkiness. The lightweight dual screen and decent resolution outweigh the negatives. Not the highest end processor but fine for TOS, TradingView and even TradeStation.
Software definitely not yet ready. Upper screen brightness changes every time you switch battery to AC power. Unacceptable nuisance. You wouldn't accept this in any other laptop. Both keyboards terrible for typing. To get the correct camera angle requires tilting the top screen forward which reduces the visibility.
@@abb01863 thx mate, you provide everything I need to know
can this laptop be used for Stocks Trading, partucularly for charts etc...?
I BOUGHT IT RECENTLY.
Do you like the laptop? How is your experience?
@@LS-x3k good...I generally use while in tours for viewing Charts for Stock market trading...
@@ssgk5721 thanks :)
Is that good for editng video?
The YogaBook 9i offers solid performance for light to moderate video editing :)
It would hae been an easy sell if it had a dedicated graphics chip, but it uses integrated graphics.
just get an external gpu. this is made with productivity and multitasking in mind not gaming.
Good for trading
