Thank you so much for your wonderful work you are doing. You don't know how much yours essays will help me to improve my writing.
After many years I have started again to learn English. It's very dificult for me. Especially writing. I was very worried how I will manage this part off B2 exam. Know I am sure that I will have more posibility to progress with my writing.
Next mondey I will have one exam where we will have to write a story in B2 level. I don't know if there is any posibility that you could create one for . I know there is very little time. I would be very grateful!!!
Sorry for all my mistakes. As.you can see my English is quite poor!
One more time thank you so much for your incrdible work!!! Greatings from Madrid..
Thank you very much for your lovely comment. I don’t think I will have time to create a B2 story video by Monday (I have a full-time job). However, I found this excellent article on the subject teacherphill.com/cambridge-b2-first-fce-how-to-write-a-story/ My advice is to remember stories are in the past tense but dialogue is in the present e.g. “What is your name?’ he asked. Make sure you use some adjectives and a few adverbs. Also, 4 paragraphs would work well with the word limit of 140 to 190. My advice is keep it simple - use one character, one setting and one simple problem. If you do use two characters then make one male and one female so you have to use different pronouns e.g. he and she so the reader knows who you’re talking about. Finally, try and use at least one subordinate clause e.g. Although the sun shine brightly, the wind was cold. Good luck! I’d love to hear how it went so send me a message - my email in in my about section and if you send me a B2 essay, I can make a video where I make it C1. PS I love Madrid (I lived there many years ago). ¡Que tengas suerte! 😀
How did it go? I have mine in June, and I'm in a similar situation. I've written some essays and reports in order to practice for the exam.
Thank you
You’re very welcome 😊
