In your comment you said '...a knowledgeable teacher making other teachers overcoming their difficulties...' I would say 'HELPING others OVERCOME' - the verb 'overcome' needs to be in the base form and not the gerund after that construction. Paragraph 3, the use of 'work produced at home', can you please enlighten me on the form of the word 'produced' there? is it an adjective?

This is a passive very construction. When I was a school teacher, I taught my students a trick to check if it’s a passive verb construction. If you can add ‘by zombies’ to the end, it’s a passive verb e.g. ‘work produced at home by zombies’, ‘English is spoken here by zombies’ etc.

I have something to ask. I am referring to the third paragraph. In the first sentence there, you use ‘an employee’ and the next sentence you use the pronoun ‘they’. Can you explain on that because i thought that i would use he/she there since it refers to a singular subject before that.

Hey! Great question. The singular “they” is a generic third-person singular pronoun in English. Use of the singular “they” is endorsed as part of APA Style because it is inclusive of all people and helps writers avoid making assumptions about gender. As a native speaker, when I don’t know if an unknown person is male or female, I’ll say “they” without thinking. Some writers will interchange “he” and “she” or write “he/she”.
