Lena, just go with the ADA and their chart, the link is in the comment below. The main problem with teeth is that they vary with eruption from one individual to another, that is why some teeth erupt one year while the other can erupt a year after or before and so forth.
It makes sense why you are asking that question. The ADA shows that Maxillary 1st premolars erupt within 10-11 y/o while mandibular erupt 10-12 y/o. This means for these two teeth it can go either way.
