Hey sis. Don’t let others make you feel like a failure. From what I see youve done great things. There’s nothing wrong with taking a break to pay off debt. That’s what I’m doing all 2025. It’s a blessing to have family that will support you.
You could always move back to New York after spending a year home 🤷🏽♀️ it’s not necessarily “a step back”, more so the NEXT step for you. Lots of people are moving back home for financial reasons, the cost of living is a uncertain thing in this country.
I don't think you should feel like a failure if you decide to go home for a year. You have to do what feels right in your heart. Anything can happen in a few months time and come March you could be earning more from YT which might make you feel more comfortable staying in New York. I live in Westchester so I totally understand what the cost of living is like here. Even with a "good job" it still feels hard to keep up with the cost of living each year. Stay positive! It'll work out the way it's supposed to!
Follow your gut. Paying off debt is important and would be one less thing for you to worry about. I moved away from home thinking it would be for a long time and came back 10 months later 😅 and I'm well into my 30s. Life is interesting and takes us where we need to be in different seasons.
Don't feel like a failure. Me and my family lost our home when I was 26. I was working in pharmacy and had many opportunities to leave, but I never did because I felt like it was my responsibility to care for my mother, yet it wasn't. I see that now. Don't attract that energy to yourself. I wish I could go back home, but i can't it's gone. Me and my family we're all separated, and I'm not close to them anymore since i had to relocate. If it's only for a year to save money or what not, it should be nice to be with your loved ones. Don't concern yourself with what others think since they're not in your shoes. Plus, time goes by fast when you have goals and a plan set in place 😊 we already in November, like where did the time go 😮
Haha you’re right Time flies by and it would be over before I know it Sorry to hear about what happened to you but hopefully you’re doing well now and maybe in the future you can be reunited with family if that’s something you’d wanna do!
Sis, now we know, “counting the costs” and paying down your debt will help you in the long run to get back to upstate NY to keep volunteering 😉 pray about it. You’re not a failure for coming back home for a year, you’re being responsible. Love your vlogs btw!!
its not a step back, you can move back to New York after a year. make a list of the pros and cons of staying in NY or moving back to your home for a year, and see which can have more pros. Also you will get to spend more time with your family if you move back.
Twerking. That is so sad. that is what black woman first think when they see a camera. Juxtapose what the little boy said when he got on camera. She is an adult; he is a child. So sad.
Congratulations on the brand deals. How did you find them?
I love Abbott Elementary, it's ok to move back home and pay off your debts. You have to do what's best for you in the end.
Agreed 🫶🏾 Ty

If that’s what you got from this video I’m sorry for you. My sister was clearly joking around. Don’t bring negativity to my page please and thanks.
