Beef 1 kg
Turmeric powder 2 tsp
Red chilli powder 2 tbls
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbls
Salt 1 tbls + as needed
Chopped onion 1 Cup + 1/2 Cup
Green Chilli 6 pieces
2 bay leaves
2 pieces of cinnamon
4 - 5 green cardamom
1 black big cardamom
4 - 5 cloves
4 - 5 black pepper
Hot Water as needed
Roasted Cumin powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
