Welcome to LOVEBITES 🤘🏼🐺🔥 Here some information about them: The band was formed in 2016 by original bassist Miho and drummer Haruna. Their first EP and album came out in 2017. So far LOVEBITES have released 4 albums, some Singles/EPs and also a bunch of DVD/Blu-ray live recordings. Back in 2018/2019 LOVEBITES have already toured in Europe, including appearances at the major metal festivals as Wacken, Download, Bloodstock, Graspop. When Midori came to the U.S. and between tours in the U.K., Midori found time to visit his local church many times. It was then that Midori strongly felt the power of church music and the energy of the people. When she composed and arranged "Glory To The World," Midori made it into a powerful song. In an interview for a magazine project, Midori commented, "The world is going through a difficult time right now, and I hope this song can push people back. Honestly, it seems like a bunch of the Wolfpack already beat me here so I will also just echo whatever everybody else said. The music videos are good, but the live videos are something amazing. Anything from 2023 or newer is going to feature their new basis who is amazing, though their old basis was certainly no slouch at all. :-)they run the gambit from thrash metal to orchestral ballad metal. Loved your reaction and I notice that you know someting about music and you've attention for detail so I subbed and liked! Lovebites plays a blend of different styles in metal, their roots are bands like Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Metallica and so on. Live they're at their best but also their MV are great. Beware that if you want to react to Swan Song (a masterpiece) that you take the one with Chopin Intro in the title, that's the one with all the piano goodness in it. Some recommendations; Shadowmaker, When Destinies Align, Judgement Day, Rising, or for a beautiful powerballad with some balletmoves in it: Frozen Melody. You've about 60 more songs to go, just take a deep dive, it will reward you with some of the finest metal nowadays.

This is a kind of odd Lovebites song. It has an epic backing track and it is in a Christian wedding building, with Jesus, trying to give hope for all despairing because of covid. Its a good song and the musicianship is off the chart as usual. But ... personally I feel a bit uneasy. Anyhow, you liked it - and that is what counts. They have much more - around 100 banger songs. The rabbit hole is very deep indeed.

For me maybe their weakest song. And of course it is not a weak song. Would be - with different instrumentation - a gem in the crown of any pop princess out there. And I honestly dislike the video. But even with a great video the song would have no business standing up to Lovebites' numerous works of genius and mastery like "Break the wall", "Shadowmaker", "Stand and Deliver", "Holy Wars", "Frozen Serenade" and others. It is the best metal band of our time and a guitar duo to save all shredders from going just for the speed while at the same time going for the speed, but this song doesn't really represent this.

Welcome to LOVEBITES 🤘🏼🐺🔥
Here some information about them:
The band was formed in 2016 by original bassist Miho and drummer Haruna. Their first EP and album came out in 2017. So far LOVEBITES have released 4 albums, some Singles/EPs and also a bunch of DVD/Blu-ray live recordings.
Back in 2018/2019 LOVEBITES have already toured in Europe, including appearances at the major metal festivals as Wacken, Download, Bloodstock, Graspop. In 2018 they also won the Metal Hammer UK Golden Gods Award for best new band.
Then came covid, their original bass player and founder Miho quit the band for personal reasons and two babies were born. After a break LOVEBITES came back with new bassist Fami and new song „Judgement Day“ in late 2022. A new album with the same title came out in February 2023.
This year in June LOVEBITES‘ first world tour starts in Europe. In September they will play their biggest headline show ever in Tokyo. After that LOVEBITES will have their US debut …

Asami on vocals (the one and only voice):
She has an amazing vocal range and vibrato, writes most of the lyrics, also did parts of the song writing for their latest 2 albums, she is a former ballerina and RnB/soul singer
Miyako on guitars, piano, keyboards (the golden touch):
She is the musical brain of the band, main composer and arranger, a soulful but also shreddy guitar player and concert level pianist, furthermore she is a gear nerd
Midori on guitars (crazy shredder):
Incredibly fast and technical guitar player, has contributed to songwriting for a few of their songs, also she is a body fitness athlete
Haruna on drums (little big engine):
Plays very fast pace over long distances, she is very efficient and her stamina is admirable, the cymbal work is outstanding, she also wrote one of their songs including lyrics, creates handmade miniature fake food
Fami on bass since 2022 (shining fingers):
Absolute bass prodigy with outstanding technique, she speaks faster than sonic speed as she plays and smiles non-stop
Miho on bass until 2021 (natural born headbanger):
We will never forget her, she is a great bass player, she wrote several of the songs for the band’s albums 1-3

About "Glory To The World" guitarist Midori and Vocalist Asami says of the song.
When Midori came to the U.S. and between tours in the U.K., Midori found time to visit his local church many times.
It was then that Midori strongly felt the power of church music and the energy of the people.
When she composed and arranged "Glory To The World," Midori made it into a powerful song.
In an interview for a magazine project, Midori commented, "The world is going through a difficult time right now, and I hope this song can push people back.
LOVEBITES was also in a difficult situation where they could not hold live concerts, but Asami went directly to the members' homes to get hints on how to write lyrics.
And Asami commented, "Member all felt that we wanted to write lyrics and songs that would be close to the feelings of various people.
Asami and Midori both have experience singing gospel songs in church, so their senses matched.

Also, the symbol of the drum you have been wondering about is the star cymbal. Haruna (a drummer), who enjoys making accessories, came up with the idea of reusing cymbals that had outlived their usefulness as musical instruments and had them processed into star-shaped accessories at a local town factory. Today, that star gimbal has become her trademark.

Honestly, it seems like a bunch of the Wolfpack already beat me here so I will also just echo whatever everybody else said. The music videos are good, but the live videos are something amazing. Anything from 2023 or newer is going to feature their new basis who is amazing, though their old basis was certainly no slouch at all. :-)they run the gambit from thrash metal to orchestral ballad metal. They do so much stuff and it’s just amazing. I envy you the beginning of your journey :-)

On 4 August, LOVEBITES performed on the W.E.T stage at WACKEN OPEN AIR 2018, one of the world's largest annual metal festivals in Germany, with the 10,000 capacity venue almost full.

Loved your reaction and I notice that you know someting about music and you've attention for detail so I subbed and liked! Lovebites plays a blend of different styles in metal, their roots are bands like Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Metallica and so on. Live they're at their best but also their MV are great. Beware that if you want to react to Swan Song (a masterpiece) that you take the one with Chopin Intro in the title, that's the one with all the piano goodness in it. Some recommendations; Shadowmaker, When Destinies Align, Judgement Day, Rising, or for a beautiful powerballad with some balletmoves in it: Frozen Melody. You've about 60 more songs to go, just take a deep dive, it will reward you with some of the finest metal nowadays.

It is a fabulous band, and you can see the great rapport that exists between them, each lady has her moment and her space..... This is a kind of odd Lovebites song. It has an epic backing track and it is in a Christian wedding building, with Jesus, trying to give hope for all despairing because of covid.
Its a good song and the musicianship is off the chart as usual. But ... personally I feel a bit uneasy. Anyhow, you liked it - and that is what counts. They have much more - around 100 banger songs. The rabbit hole is very deep indeed.

For me maybe their weakest song. And of course it is not a weak song. Would be - with different instrumentation - a gem in the crown of any pop princess out there. And I honestly dislike the video. But even with a great video the song would have no business standing up to Lovebites' numerous works of genius and mastery like "Break the wall", "Shadowmaker", "Stand and Deliver", "Holy Wars", "Frozen Serenade" and others.
It is the best metal band of our time and a guitar duo to save all shredders from going just for the speed while at the same time going for the speed, but this song doesn't really represent this.
