Itu tandanya Printer sudah waktunya direset karena waste ink pad counter sudah penuh.

Perlu di ketahui untuk reset ini hanya berfungsi untuk mereset counter kembali ke nol lagi jadi setelah di reset ini tidak memperbaiki hasil print, apakah hasil putus2, hasil kurang bagus, tinta macet jadi gk ada sangkutnya ke sana ya, karena untuk perbaikan hasil print beda lagi step-stepnya tapi wajib di reset dulu printernya..
Pegalaman pribadi untuk setiap printer biasanya minta di reset setelah mencetak kurang lebih 6.000 sampai 6.500 lembar, jadi printer akan minta reset lagi, tergantung printer jg ya.. bisa jadi lebih dari nilai itu...

Cara Masuk Printer ke Service Mode / Safe Mode
Enter Service Mode:
1. Matikan printer.
2. Tekan dan tahan tombol Stop/Segitiga lalu
3. Tekan dan tahan tombol Power.
4. Lepaskan tombol stop (tombol Power masih ditahan) lalu
5. Tekan tombol stop 6x.
6. Terakhir, lepas tombol Power atau lepas bersamaan.
7. LED Power (warna hijau) akan mulai berkedip, tunggu sampai Led Power menyala dan diam.
8. Pada Device & Printers, status MP230/MP237 akan jadi offline
dan akan muncul "New Device".
NOTE:
Terkadang pada pc/laptop tidak mendeteksi ada-nya "New Hardware" atau "New Device".
Abaikan saja, selama Printer sudah masuk Service Mode dengan benar.
