Do you know how to avoid the death penalty? Don't kill another person.....

    Death penalty is barbaric.
Remember that countries like Norway and Germany don't have death penalty, yet they have low crime rates.
We don't need death penalty, we need better police, thst actually manages to investigate and solve, as well as prevent, crimes.

Role played in what, bro? Are you disputing that they were convicted through the doctrine of common purpose?

Yes common purpose was applied but the role of each accused was outlined in the judgement.....they were not just grabbed from the crowd and put on trial....they played roles in events or actions that led to the death of Mr Khuzwayo Dlamini....it would have been wrong to just grab ppl in the crowd...the evidence of Mabhuti was crucial in court. The guy with white coat surely didn't read the case ..13/5/2024i
