Isra Sayyed: You should be careful. It should not get scratches. Also you should be careful while pressing. One of my friends, it got broken within a week because of too much of pressing for chappathy spreading. So I use this only for puri and I am using it for more than 30 years. In the video it is shown as steel surface but mine is marble surface

@Neeraja Natarajan As i shown in the video i used a normal plastic cover for flattening chapatis. Instead of that plastic cover u can use foil paper dear. One more thingnif u want to reuse that foil paper clean it with a tissue paper and keep it for later. Am doing that also...

@Tanya Sharma i think it will not work. Its not good to put the dough directly to the presser bcz there s a chance to get scratches over the presser. U can use aluminum foil too instead of plastic cover.
