The simple bicep curl with a bit swing in his lift directly relates to him bringing the basketball from his hip to above his shoulders to finish plays through contact at the rim, i.e. And-1’s
The lateral lunges with the core rotation directly relates to him being able to move the ball from one side of his body to the other. i.e. rips through, swing through, to get around his defender using his strength. Also great for injury prevention.
This is how athletes should train. Very intentional. Very specific.

Its insane that every other athlete has the same access to trainers equipment etc. and still to this day lebron is still out working eveybody at 35 soon to be 36 years old with around 60,000 minutes on his body his work ethic and discipline is insane. Hes still in better shape then more athletes in their mid 20s.
its not age for lebron yiet, its the milleage that's worth considering, he's still a young man biologically so his body responds tremendously to training, its the pounding of nba seasons that wears and accumulates.

When he does an unorthodox form he’s trying to get a certain group of muscles or a certain movement stronger not necessarily a single muscle...trust me this dude knows his body very well.

This is where Kawhi differs from James. Kawhi's weakness is his durability. He's never averaged more than 34 minutes in a regular season and hasn't played back to back games since 2017 or 2016 I think. You make him play 38+ minutes during playoffs and he will get tired and eventually tap out. That's what happened during the Denver series.
