I remember this level from the pizza hut demo. Man those demo cds were great.

Pizza Hut Demo took me back when I've won 4th Place in Math Derby at Avondale Elementary School in Birmingham, Alabama 3rd Grade 1998-1999.
This level took me an hour and a half! I was so confused. I kept getting lost. I thought this will never end.

That goosebumps-inducing sense of empowerment that "No Waiting Around - Part 1" gives off here, especially when you hear the Tomb Raider theme playing.
I remember I couldn’t figure out what to do in the beginning. I think I tried to trap the guard in Lara’s cell. Didn’t know you can open the next cell over to let inmate out.
This level is so dark on the PS1 omfg, can't see shit

Video game logic is not so logical in this level. Lol. I mean, who puts a dangerous swimming pool below a satellite dish tower?
I entertain a thought that the pool is a cooling pond for the communication dish and computers that run it. Kinda makes sense, since there is a circuit board tunnel right next to it.
@@kariolm2579 do cooling ponds like that exist? It just looks so exaggerated.
@@blindsportslover It's Tomb radier, everything is exaggarated. But cooling water tanks for major installations do exist, trough not like that.
The switch to turn off the stoves is in a completely different room 😂
@@slingshotkurt8474 I was referring to the part where she falls through the satellite dish tower into that pool with the propellers at the bottom. Although using air vents behind exhaust fans in the kitchen to escape is not really a good idea. Lol. That wouldn't even be possible in real life.

Lol, how is Lara not a villan in this situation. She gets caught breaking in to a US military compound and then murders all the guards.
Lara Croft is a complete psychopath. In the 90's women were'nt written to be perfect beings like they are nowadays. They were just people... but a little sexier

At 16:07 when you drop into the pool, you can't get yourself out because there is a current pulling you to the back of the room.

The remasters are so dark, I can't see anything, I'm here using this like my seeing eye dog lol
They cant be as dark as the original ps1 versions i always have to come to these videos for it

Tried to drop of the ledge backwards, @16:07 don't do this, you'll be pulled in further underwater and into an underwater fan
The guards can be killed by the closing door if timed properly
Two questions i have keykard type b that i dont know where to use it and the level is so damn dark when i play it but its not here why?

This is great on both PS1 and PC. Tomb Raider 3 is amazing! Tomb Raider 1 has more low resolution on PC so PS1 is best on that one. But good stuff!
Lighting is a lot more vivid on the PS1 version of TR3, and the color more rich. It looks much better on playstation. On PC it's a lot more flat and washed out in comparison.
PS1 version is much better.

I'm less than half way through this level with no spare save crystals. Having watched this play through I just don't know how I'm going to do it without playing alongside this guide. The lack of save crystals throughout the level means I can't afford to enjoy and explore the game because if I fail it will put me back perhaps 20 minutes of game play progression. What were they thinking at the time??? This is just impossible without a guide
The level desigm is different in the remaster isnt it ??

I only got half fry weapons back… my shot gun, uzi’s and m85 are still gone. How do I get them back?
Unfortunately you dont get your weapons back, only a portion of the ammo and medpacks you collected earlier. That is the reason why you should always do nevada right after india

Yeah I've been battling with it for a while now. By far my hardest level of all 3 games 🎮 😪
Preach. That is one of the worst things about TR3. Robbing you of your entire inventory up to that point (even if it's only India) is a horrible thing of the game to do to you.
So, you lose everything you collected from India and don't get it back later? But that's a lot of items!

The fact that you can’t skip this level is so annoying it’s such a boring level
Until you get your weapons back and that track plays, I love how it makes you feel like a total badass because you can finally kill the guards.
Worst level on Tomb raider franchise ever
I forgot how how boring the Nevada levels are. Good play though.
Unpopular opinion, but people seem to like Nevada levels better than the other set of levels. I personally prefer Antartica mostly because of the lost city of tinnos, but Nevada is definitely one of the best sections of this game.

@@TheRedSetterr That's how I feel about London. So dark, confusing, and tedious. I actually like the South Pacific, despite how difficult the levels are. They're at least beautiful and entertaining to me.
I think it's the best section, I had a blast in this level and Area 51. I know this series is about raiding ancient tombs but honestly my favorite levels are the ones in urban settings.

Probably the worst and most boring level in Tomb Raider III.
Man this game was was horrible in my opinion especially compared to the first two games also this level is too long and it's dark asf in this level and throughout the whole game
