However after trawling the Internet I found & was able to buy a lifetime licence for 1 device from Ali Express which cost £5.00. You just send the seller your SIM IMEI and app works again after few days. It all works again now.

Thanks for your query , no device is now at Offline .... so its shows offline . Mainly device always shows your last tracking position.... after your do shut down the device

You can log in with your phone number and that's your account, you can add many IMEIs under one account for centralized management!
