This is the first prefishing and travel vlog day of the professional bass tournament at the Detroit River in Michigan! We fish Lake Erie in this video and are prefishing for the Major League Fishing (MLF) Tackle Warehouse Invitationals circuit! This is the ROAD TO THE BPT! We are sitting great in points standings coming into today! I'm hoping to catch 25lbs of smallmouth bass and need to find the bigguns for the tournament! I need the 4 and 5lbers to bite! Big smallmouth bass on Lake Erie are a blast to catch! You can catch a ton of smallmouth using this dropshot technique with the Mach Skooler, and it has a great hookup ratio! it was nice meeting you day 1. you said you were looking for largies when you caught the big walleye. up here the deepest patterned largies ive heard of on the main lake is 12 foot deep. other than that you get a random stray out there with the smallies. if you ever come up here to fun fish let me know!
