2020+ Ford Power Window Inoperative FIX

- I've seen a lot of 2020 and newer Ford vehicles with power window problems, mostly windows being stuck open and will not close. The fix is replacing the power window switch assembly which only takes a few minutes.

If you don't have a spare switch, jump terminals 13 and 9 and roll the window up, then leave it unplugged till the new switch comes in.
Need a switch replacement video. Or just a way to clean it.
How do you jump the terminals ?

I’ve heard of this problem on the F150 FB groups often on brand new F150’s. I have a ‘22 and haven’t had an issue yet but glad to know it’s a simple fix.
I appreciate the video. I had the same problem. I used a switch off of my buddy's truck to get the window up. Now I hope the dealer will swap me a new switch since it's under warranty.
My 2022 f150 driver window works in both directions, but “OneTouch” only works in the down direction.
Have tried the reset by holding switch for 5 seconds at both direction limits, no change in issue.
Both front windows won’t roll up. Can it be both went bad? Or can it be a fuse that is bad?

Hmm. If the vans have the same issue then maybe i didn’t replace a switch for nothing. Later found a blown fuse.

As a retired mechanic, I have only owned 1 Ford. It was a Fiesta. When it was imported. It was a good little car. But after actually working on them, I have, over the years, just said to take it to the dealer. Because their so-called better idea made me wonder, just how stupid the engineers could get. I have owned anything but a Ford. I'm 64.
