It's expensive to do. All lights and screens are connected into a computer software program and the maker customizes the sequences, basically its the computer nerds holiday decorations.

do you need to get any special permission to use those lights on the roof top?
Looks awesome .. will the moving heads be brighter in the cold???
I am not sure, it is hard to film moving heads, pixels and projection.
