I’m an hour into this; this is a conversation allot of people just sadly wouldn’t be able to admit in their life. Rap is for kids. The status is like dollar bills. You gotta trick everyone into wanting them opposed to just living in a harmonious way. This should be the one of the most listened to voices for younger people to about 30-35 year olds, to help provoke REAL thoughts that lead to lifestyle and mindset shifts.
I lost so much respect for Kendrick for even making a diss track man. I think it´s something they agreed upon beforehand just because it would create more traction. It was a business move. But to me in my opinion, Kendricks best work truly is art.. So I don´t know why he would fuck up his career like that. Section 80, good kid maad city and to pimp a butterfly is forever goated in my opinion. I might disregard some of the songs as I grow older though.. But I can´t deny his work. But it´s probably also because we listened to it over 10 years ago getting high to it and stuff.. Maybe if I was sober back then it wouldn´t have had the same impact. Something to think about. I just heard all the dudes he sounds like when I was like 8 so it's just not impressive... It's always gonna be a new "great" for every generation of rappers the same as sports

Yes, you gotta learn martial arts to remove allot of the fear of defending ourselves with weight to absorb the impact of combat. Calisthenics, martial arts, cardio.
