SOLID tips, and I am definitely going to use the 1-2-1 method. Also, your production quality is really going up! One of my favorite one-shots was a haunted house I ran using WFRPG. There was animated furniture, paintings that became portals, and a horrifying monstrosity in the attic. The players had a blast, and I could tell. One of the players, a Dwarf, used his blunderbuss to make an impromptu door through a wall. Somehow we got to a nice conclusion within one session, though it went way longer than I'd planned.

That sounds super fun! Yeah. I LOVE the 1-2-1 method. My favorite way to prep one-shots. And thanks! Been really working on it a lot.
