I suffered a recent TIA, and later had a bad fall onto my knees on the concrete. My knees WERE weak before, but are now worse. I will be trying your exercises! Thank you.

I believe these exercises would save us elderly earlier in life and save us from unnecessary doctor visits. Youth should start these activities in their mid 20’s. 😊💕😉I am doing them now and I feel much better. Thank you.
I appreciate this. I've been practicing sitting in a squatting position (flat footed) AND I have a toddler at 40+ and these are the exact types of movements I need to focus on.
Mr. Coach Casey of 29 Palms HS in California taught me that first one a decade ago. To this day if I’m waiting in line at the grocery store. On a long phone call, or anything similar you’ll catch me doing those toe lifts. RIP Coach you inspired countless people and changed the lives of so many!

I get a lot of leg pain due to an injury that happened in an accident years ago I know I should try to build muscle strength to make the pain better but it hurts too much for me to do I'm planning on getting support socks or something similar to help me in the beginning so I can actually get started cause I do want to try to make the pain easier to deal with
for someone with knee pains n ankle issues is it still helpful n a part of preventive therapy to write the A, B C's in the air n continue up to just right before you're unable to continue??? much thanks for any assists....
