One question, once you configurate it, each time you disconect the cam from the electric plug you have to reconfigurate it? Or the settings are preserved?
Hello. I ve put this camera at home.It's connected but I have the following message under IP camera and close the ID number when I'm connecting on my phone : " WeaPasswords". Do you know what's and what's the meaning ? thanks

I have 5 of this knewmart cameras at home. They work fine but since 2 weeks i'am not able to connect to the cameras outside my house with 4G mobilephone! Do you have any suggestion what the problem is? I have change nothing in my network. The network itself works fine as always at home.
I have wanscan camera but uses exactly same program (different name e-view7). I had the same problem. I guess they stop their server. Did you find a solution?
@@bskdsticaret8160 Hello! That's my thoughts too. I think they have shutdown the server. It's a pity. I have bought 5 other cameras from another manufacturer because I was not able to fix this problem.

On Turn off wifi and switch to mobile data, it doesn't work.
