I blend abiu with Greek yogurt in a blender and put it in Popsicle molds, then eat when frozen. Super refreshing pineapple vanilla flavor. Way better than the grocery store

Abiu is originally from the AMAZON in Brazil! I LOVE it! It is like a mellow custard combination texture between a pear and a jack fruit. Very mellow flavor. Very agreeable. Thank you for this great video. I wonder if I could grow it in Florida..,,

Incidentally, I discovered this fruit about 4 weeks ago. I saw a lady selling it at $300 for one! 😮😮. I thought the price ridiculous and made it clear to her. However, because I was seeing it for the first time, I bought it out of curiosity and hope I will be able to catch the plant. The fruit was tasty but left stain in my mouth. I don't know then if I should have waited for it to ripen more because you did not mention the stain.
