@@ramblers69 I'm very happy with the results. Oddly enough, I needed reference photos for decal placement but not the crustifucation. Thanks for blazing in for a look-see.
Definitely a cool build!! Nothing wrong with snap kits, gotta get a few in every once in a while. Love the paint peel, reminds me of my friends Hyundai..has the white peeling like that, very cool effect to model!
Awesome job Ed!! I also have no problem with snap kits. They can build into super cool models just as easily as a glue kit. I just built Revell’s 007 Aston Martin and it was awesome!! I love the weathering you did on this! My first time doing any heavy rusting or destruction too. Have been having a blast with it. Great build. Have an awesome week
@@marsgarage8217 thanks for watching and for hosting the GB. This is a great kit for beginners. I forgot to point out the cracked windshield and the busted spotlight lense. Neither of which ever get replaced!
@@TI4438 They have been a few members that have asked me that..but I might just clarified that on my next update...so a rust bucket car. An be anything that is pretty much a project car or a hoopty as we call here in Cali, i also heard the jalopy tern, so that qualifies as a rust bucket..lol.
@@marsgarage8217I was thinking that as a rust bucket it's not at all extreme. For a law enforcement vehicle still in service, it's looks awful and can be a bit embarrassing at times. I have extensive experience with such heaps.
Oh wow, the Sherriff car turned out great!! 🚨👍😉

Turned out awesome Ed, peeling paint is so accurate on these, snap kits are a lot of fun to build, 😎👍✌️

Looks great Ed I like the rugged steelies and worn body look. I see your straight light bar is different from mine kit😊

I wasn't sure if this would be rustbuckety enough. Kind of mild compared to what others are doing.
